What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per color per style, across our ABS, PC, ABS+PC and aluminum-frame ranges.
Can you put our brand logo on the luggage?
Yes. We offer OEM private-label production: custom logo printing, embossed logos, zipper puller engraving and lining print — confirmed against your artwork and quantities.
What is your lead time?
Sample lead time depends on specifications and is confirmed per project. Mass production lead time is confirmed per order.
What payment terms do you accept?
For new customers: 30% deposit with order and 70% against copy of bill of lading.
What incoterms do you offer?
FOB Shenzhen as standard. Ocean freight is confirmed at the time of booking.
What luggage materials do you manufacture?
ABS, PC, ABS+PC composite and aluminum-frame hard-shell luggage in 20/24/28 inch.
Do you develop new designs (ODM)?
Yes — from design interpretation and sampling through to mass production, with tooling quoted per project.
Which markets do you supply?
Europe, the United States and the Middle East.
How long are your USD prices valid?
Quotations are valid for 7 days. Pricing is reconfirmed at order placement.
